Introduction
Polystyrene, PS is a thermoplastic non crystalline resin polymerized from styrene monomers, mainly divided into GPPS, HIPS and EPS. Polystyrene has good flowability, good processing performance and easy coloring, it is mainly used for injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, foaming, hot forming, bonding, coating, welding, machining, printing and other methods, especially suitable for injection molding.
Applications
General purpose polystyrene, abbreviated as GPPS, colorless, odorless, glossy, transparent, in the form of beads and granules. The biggest application areas of GPPS are disposable knife and fork tableware, packaging containers for daily necessities.
